I like kale, collards, mustard, turnip greens. I live on mars apparently. I just made smoothies with plantain and dandelion greens. Sometimes, often, I eat steamed greens with AC vinegar and salt (or nu-salt). Pretty much every day. Right now purslane is growing like crazy in the gardens and when I weed, I'll pick those to steam with my greens.
 
Food shopping today. Bought two fully smoked/cooked ready to heat rack of St. Louis BBQ ribs, ingredients for potato salad and macaroni salad, hot dog, ground beef, and fixings etc for tomorrow and the Labor Day holiday.
