I doctored that antipasto tuna salad that I wasn't crazy about. I added mayo and some of the bean salad and a bunch of chipotle Tabasco hot sauce. I also added a hard boiled egg. It wasn't wonderful, but it was a lot better. I had it with a slice of rugbrød, that heavy, Danish style, rye bread. And of course, I stuck some lettuce in with that.

Edited to include today's photo instead of the one from Thursday.

Went to a restaurant I've mentioned before with my bro and SIL, Twisted Fork. Have to say it was the first meal I've had there that was not WOW. Creamy Tuscan Chicken in a White Wine Sauce with Mushrooms, Spinach and tomatoes. A side of Fresh Steamed Vegies (Carrots, Zuchini, Broccoli) and Mashed Potatoes.
I can't specifically say what was off about it. (I did however eat almost every drop. I left a few of the chopped fresh tomatoes, nothing wrong with the quantity - just too many for me personally. There was just something lacking perhaps in the sauce but I don't know what.
SIL had chicken schnitzel, bro had chicken parm on noodles with Alfredo sauce. Both said their meals were lovely.
