Do you bake them twice before you freeze them, or do you stuff and bake them after you defrost them? Or, do you stuff them before you freeze them?We're having halibut and (freezer) twice baked taters.

Thank you. Good to know. I have never frozen twice baked potatoes, only used them "fresh". Are there foods that aren't good to mix into the tater before freezing them? I started freezing them, years ago. It doesn't take much more effort to make 6 or 8, instead of just 2. I've never had any issues with anything I put into them. Plenty of butter, cheddar cheese (in & on), green onions...and enough milk or cream to make them like a stiff mashed tater.
