Dinner tonight was Dragon Lady's sesame noodles and a cucumber and sour cream salad.
I browned a chicken leg on a skillet and then seasoned it with smoked paprika, salt and pepper, and a bit of lemon juice. While that was roasting, I fried up some leftover brown basmati rice with some corn kernels, diced carrots, green beans, and a ginger-onion-garlic "pesto". That was really tasty.
Sliced a hard boiled egg, buttered some rye'n white marbled bread, slapped them all together and chowed down. Satisfyingly tasty.
