Andy, as you can see from the last pic, I cut them into 16 pcs instead of 8. Worked out OK and much smaller.
That's what I figured. Did you bake in CI? What size?

As you can see in my last pic, they were in a 1" shallow CI pan. You can still use your 10" pan since the only difference is your cutting the dough into 16 pcs instead of 8.That's what I figured. Did you bake in CI? What size?

All done...and fantastic. Can't wait to dive in. Have a look:
I keep seeing the title of this thread in the side list and thinking it's about over-cooked bread!
Has anyone tried this and substituted a different liquid for the beer? We don't buy beer very often and I would like to try this soon.
Thanks. I forgot to look.Earlier in the thread, s&p said milk could be substituted for the beer.
Talking with one of my daughters in preparation for Thanksgiving dinner, she commented: "Don't ruin the holiday by forgetting the rolls."!
Well, you have your orders! Will you need a reminder? I can set my calendar for the day before to remind you. Just make sure you make plenty for everyone.
Thanks Addie, I'm all set.
I make more smaller rolls for the recipe. I'm not a fan of bread with dinner in most cases. We end up sending the leftover rolls home with my daughter(s).
You want my PO Box? I know what to do with extra bread...
