I can't help you with that, dragn. Meatloaf around here has to be made the same day it's served, otherwise it wouldn't be around when needed.

Baking the Volcano Meatloaf.
Had to make it early and so now I'm wondering how long to re-heat it on Sat?
Well, most of the pictures came out crap. My fault, trying to do too much at the same time. Grandkids were carving pumpkins and decorating cookies so I rushed things. This is the only one worth trying to see.
BUT- It turned out absolutely delish. This is the best picture and not so great. I used a jarred basil spaghetti sauce. There were white/purple cauliflower florets and broccoli. Marble cheese in the sauce.
Tasted wonderful and gobbled up - (with a tiny leftover for me)
