I think I might have used too much butter... lol... Paula Deen and I would get along great. Emeril Lagasse always used plenty of butter and garlic, too.
me also!! i love butter on noodles, veggies and taters. but she goes a bit to far like a giant blob of butter in the middle of a hamburger pattie or in the middle of a pillsbury canned biscuit. yuck!!
 
Simple dinner last night: Boneless skinless chicken breasts baked with a glaze of locally-made Hot Pepper Jelly & served on a bed of Zatarain's Yellow Rice mix with a green salad on the side.
