Well, I shelled the shrimp last night, have probably eaten too many of the cherry (grape) tomatoes, the spinach is just possible to rescue enough of it for the recipe, basil will pass without having to pick more...
and I've gone and eaten a couple of slices of buttered sourdough bread and a bunch of popcorn.
sigh.... Tuscan Butter Shrimp is on the menu for tomorrow?

I spent some of the day with 4 pounds of hamburger making burgers. Slapped a little cheese on top and when they cooled, I put 7 of them in freezer bags and ate 1 for supper. Before I eat any more, I'm going to make sure I have tomato, onion, and bacon to put on top.
If that shrimp is thawed, you better get to that Tuscan Butter Shrimp pretty soon.

A side salad with a Bell and Evans chicken patty on Italian toast, a slice of tomato, hot sauce and blue cheese dressing.

I had cold smoked salmon on a toasted bagel with cream cheese, onion, and capers. I had some of the bean salad to go with that. Fruit salad with yogourt for dessert.
