I had a busy afternoon yesterday. I walked more than I'm used to walking, so I was tired, but not exhausted when I got home. I decided to order out. I got Lebanese food: chicken schwarma, roast potatoes, bulgur, and coleslaw. There was a choice of sauces. I took harissa and garlic sauce, it looked like toum. Unfortunately, there was a giant blob of harissa across everything. It had an unpleasant bitter note along with some interesting notes. It felt hot at the back of my throat, but didn't taste very hot at all. I didn't really like it, especially deep into my coleslaw. The toum was in a large blob as well, but it was nice, with no unpleasant flavours. Other than the harissa, I enjoyed that meal. Yes, I have enough for at least one more meal for me. The bulgur was a nice option. I prefer wholegrain bulgur to white rice.
