i have done 5 loaves so far. super fun, super delicious. i have been giving some away to my elderly neighbors.
i have a Levain currenlty underway, and will bake my wife a new loaf tomorrow.

this is a rabbit hole activity. insane.

I've done a few loaves but I struggle with it for some reason. A couple of weeks ago I must have somehow contaminated my starters (had two) they both turned orange and did not smell good.
Will have to start from scratch again, just have to get around to it.

Check if there is a wee tiny bit (close to the bottom maybe) that still looks and smells OK.
You can build up from there real fast
