Anybody eat last night, Tuesday, October 22, 2024?

Tovala meals of polenta with mini sweet peppers, and mix of meatballs and Italian sausage. Craig ended up with a third of mine, maybe a little more. It was 1 of their better meals.

Grabbed a box out of the freezer. A Marie Callender's Chicken & Rice with Broccoli Bowl. Good but won't buy again. Slightly better than the pork bowl from the other day.

Had some roast chicken that I pulled apart into smaller pieces and sauteed with some onion, garlic, potato, red pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomato's a few chili's, some chicken stock and butter, basically a hash, with a Peroni.

Taylor ham pork roll, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on toasted seeded bakery rye bread.

For some reason, I have been having a fair amount of back pain since yesterday. So, I didn't want to have any of the soup I made the day before, since it has potato and that's a nightshade, which bothers my arthritis. It was until later that I decided that this back pain flare probably isn't arthritis. If it was, I don't think that the Robaxisal would have worked on it, since that is more of a muscle relaxant than a pain reliever. Oh well. So, what I did have was breakfast for supper, three breakfast sausages, a sunny side-up egg, and some Khorasan wheat (Kamut™) toast. I would have had two eggs, but I already had two eggs as part of first breakfast.
