Tonight for supper it was two old standbys and one new recipe. Meatloaf and boiled fingerling potatoes (we each cut off the icky bits off the 'taters, before eating them). The new recipe was for "Stegt Spidskål På Pande" - Pan roasted pointy cabbage. I've been looking for pointy cabbage for years. I finally got some from Lufa Farms. They even had the little ones, ~300 grams, that are what Danes use. It was delicious. In the photo, that piece of cabbage is one quarter of the entire cabbage. BTW, the potatoes are not huge. It's just the way phone cameras take pictures.

I made one of the meal kits, Shrimp & Udon with Broccoli & Peppers...only NO broccoli, I used asparagus instead. I had the asparagus and said, "why not!?" Anyway, it was very good and pretty too. There is some leftover. Probably enough for DH to have for lunch tomorrow, while I'm otherwise occupied. If we had been hungrier, we might have finished the entire batch.

I'm saving the recipe card to do a repeat on my own!
