Sodastream gas container. Is it dangerous if falls on the floor?

i'm writing a post about using sodastream and i want to know if the gas bottle.. if falls can blow up?

I doubt very much if dropping it to the floor will let the gas out nor blow it up.
Hitting it with a heavy axe will definitely let out the gas and might send one side flying but blow up like a bomb - no, highly doubt it.

mind you, buy reputable cans, not rusty, dented ones being sold "under the table" for a good price.
