The post about Ramen inspired me. I had leftover shrimp, a Sichuan spiced ramen packet, with the dehydrated veggie pack, garlic, and fresh red onion. I prepped it all, and put in butter, onion, the garlic and veggie pack into a sauce pot, and cooked until the onions began to soften. I added the shrimp, and 1.5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, add noodles. Cook until noodles are done. It tasted great, was quick, and easy.
