Thank you, @medtran49! Great idea...after a busy day, I couldn't think what to make...but I've got some Rigatoni with Sausage and Fennel in the freezer...well, now it is in a bag, in a pot of boiling water. We'll have that with some garlic bread! And a touch of Parmesano Reggiano.

Is your sauce a "safe" sauce...or maybe a "sage" sauce? Either way, sounds great!

We had no-meat burgers for lunch, so dinner was carrot-apple-pineapple slaw, fermented 9 grain flakes, with raisins, cinnamon, and ground flax/chia seeds.
Mr bliss had a huge meal sized salad with apple sauce on the side.

And the best panna cotta I ever had! With red fruit sauce.

It was all delicious, definite new favorite spot for us!

For the first time ever I made a paella last night. Sorry no pics. Was very nervous about it but it turned out fine, although not an award winner.

there were so many recipes I perused till my head was spinning. In the end I just ended up sort of 'winging' it. Using what I had on hand.
With spicy sausage, tiny frozen pearl onions (love those things!), arborio rice, chicken broth, saffron (huge pinch of american saffron).
4 Littleneck Clams, dozen Blue Mussels, dozen Shrimp (31/40). all but 1 clam didn't open.
Only one edge of the pan created the famous crust, oh well, next time.

Dinner was grab what you can as we had to run a kitty to the Animal ER. They are concerned about her kidney functions and she was extremely dehydrated. She is currently stable but will be in the Animal Hospital for a couple of days. Hoping it is something we can care for and bring her home.

Earlier in the day, we had finger foods. Fruit, crackers, cheese, and deli slices. Teeny cantaloupe is from our garden.
