my new 1 is spaghetti rigatti. it's like spaghetti with ridges & holds sauce very well.

I love penne rigate but I think one of my all time favourites for the shape itself and the way it picks up sauce flavours is farfalle (bow ties). I use it in home dishes and catering recipes all the time. Often when I need a vegetarian dish I will do a pasta primavera with farfalle and it is always a hit.
