10 hours at 140. Then, in a 550 oven for 10 minutes. First time I tried it for that long. It turned out quite nice.

Pork loin roast in the sous vide..reverse sear at 550 for 10 minutes...
I saw that when you posted it.I'd like to do that this spring when things warm up..!Your pork loin looks wonderful Roch, and a great way to prepare it. I'm also very happy we're no longer required to over cook pork. I've yet to do it the sous vide way but you might be interested the way I did mine a few months ago. Spring will come I hear.

We had cheese (farmer cheese) and potato blintzes (sour cream & apple sauce on side) for dinner last night (no new pictures).
