I am in the same boat. Tried dieting for about 2 month and actually did really well, but then I slipped. I love bread, I love potato, I love noodles. I love everything that i am not supposed to eat.
Yes, I love all that too, Charlie. But, I love myself more and Shrek needs me, so lifestyle changes are in order.
This is where I am in that I love myself more. My blood work is terrible and it matches how I feel. So am starting a ketogenic diet. I'm really a bit nervous about simply feeding myself on my work schedule, but I have to do something.
I made Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs today after finding the recipe on the Low-Carb, So Simple! website. I used butter instead of coconut fat and frozen strawberries. I also used Stevia as the sweetener. Pretty yummy!

How many and what size did the recipe make? Since I can't do the alternate sweetners, I need to know about how much it is so I can see if I can use a small amount of sugar.
I think you could get by without any sweetener in these.
I wonder how fresh raspberries and chopped dark chocolate would work, Valentine's day is coming up!
Nothin' like a fat bomb to say I love you!

It makes 12 fat bombs. You would need maybe a teaspoon of sugar - or more very sweet strawberries!
