Nearly 9 p.m. my time and there's still no posting for the evening meal.

Okey, dokey.

We had bone-in pork chops cooked with apples and onions. Our side was mashed sweet potatoes with maple syrup and fresh thyme. Dessert was pecan pie.

Sounds really yummy, Katie.

We had loaded garden salads and BLT sandwiches with the bread I baked on Tuesday.

We have a nice neighbor who has a pizza and Italian food shop. He’s down to take-out only business now. This afternoon he dropped off a large pizza for us. So we had a delicious pizza dinner tonight.

I've been eating leftovers, and another salad - been busy outside, and down in my workshop. Not really cooking much. Tomorrow it's getting to 75° , so I'll be doing even more outside, but then it's getting much colder, so I'll be inside cooking again!

I ate. Frizzled/ fried ham and then combined to make grilled cheese sammies.
Some lettuce salad with the last of the blue cheese dressing. Not going to the store any time soon and need more blue cheese. Oh well.

Pickles. Got to get that jar emptier so I can try the Chief's re-cycled refrigerator pickles. I think green bean pickles. We always have leftover green beans, on purpose.
