1 pint strawberries, sliced in half
2 T Peach Vodka
2 t sugar (I use Splenda)
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix Vodka, Vinegar, and sugar, until sugar is dissolved.
Add strawberries, and toss. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Top each portion with a slight amount of fresh ground pepper.
