We are so excited to be moving to a 14th-floor condo next month! With DH's cancer treatment and my health issues, we have decided to sell the house and move to a smaller place with no yard maintenance. We're really looking forward to it.

Thank you! Yes, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in closet, but the great room and the kitchen are the most important!

Golly you might be able to get a necklace out of them, you know, like they do with sharks, etc. Only these would be from very envious cooks.

Are you in Norfolk? My sister in law is from there. She and my brother lived there in the 90’s. They were just there last weekend for a wedding.

It's fabulous, isn't it? I'm so excited and I'm thrilled that this place came on the market just as we started looking.

I'm in Portsmouth, across the river from Norfolk.

The current owners renovated the kitchen and the walk-in closet and bathroom area in 2017, so much of it is pretty new. It was designed for aging in place, which is just what we need.
