I have half a bag of spinach that needs used up asap
I was going to make a creamy broccoli soup should I just tear/shred the spinach and toss it in to that or something better?
It would be nice in the soup. You could also saute it and have it as a garnish to each bowl of soup.
Half a bag won't be much once cooked unless you found a 10 pound bag of it
Creamed spinach goes well with steak dishes. You could also make a spinach pasta!
Why not make spinach soup?
