I grilled a flank steak and made this Asian type sauce with soy, sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger, rice vinegar and tossed it on shredded napa cabbage, carrots, and whole wheat udon noodles, then tossed in the steak and some cilantro. I think that about sums it up. It was pretty good! I thought about taking a picture but I didn't think it looked very appetizing!
