What are we having for dinner on Sunday, 9th June 2024?

I made Duck Ragu. Didn't have any Parmesan to hand, so that is some good, strong cheddar on top. (The pasta is Mezzi Rigatoni.)

We went out for lunch with my daughters and grandson. Dinner will probably be minimal.

Sheet pan roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, and baby Bella mushrooms.

Battered breaded and baked whole mushrooms and vidalia onion slabs with stir fry sauce or miso garlic sauce.
Green Grapes, black bean brownies.

On the barbie.......a striploin, shrimp skewers, small potato and red onion skewers, both skewers in a marinade and zucchini slices also in an olive oil, garlic and herb dressing.

Had a meal-sized salad for lunch, and will probably have a blueberry bagel with cream cheese for supper.

I think that I'm grazing supper tonight. So far I have had a largish chunk of brie and some Southwest inspired salad with toast. I just suddenly got too hungry to wait until I had cooked something.

I had the another third of that rib steak I bought. I fried up a large portabello mushroom and some asparagus. That suited me just fine.
