I had a medium plate of battered breaded baked onion slabs and a side of kale. Dessert was raspberry nice-cream with cocoa nibs.

Cooked up a pkg of 4 huge Garlic Pork Sausages I'd gotten from the market. One would have sufficed but madam ate 1 and a half. Horseradish Dijon to dab into. Couldn't muster the energy for anything else even though I had a potato already peeled and waiting in the fridge.
