We were in the mood for pasta, but I was not about to run to the store, sooo I took some left over asparagus, cut it up and set it aside, I put some fettuccine on and while it cooked I sauteed about 2 cups of mushrooms one med onion chopped 3 cloves of garlic crushed added some toasted pine nuts and some heavy cream...tossed the cooked pasta in and mixed well adding parmesan as I tossed....with this a garden salad and some warm french bread...dessert??? Ice cream
