Ingredients
1 - 1½ lb. Smoked Salmon
1 lb. Cream Cheese, softened
1 C Mayonnaise
1 TBLS Horseradish
1 TBLS Capers, drained and chopped
2 TBLS Dill Weed
Juice from ½ lemon
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 shakes of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
Directions
In a glass bowl, blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add horseradish, capers dill weed, lemon juice, lemon pepper, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions.
When mixture is well blended, gently fold in smoked salmon until blended.
Cover and refrigerate until mixture is completely chilled.
Garnish with lemon twists and fresh dill.
Serve on mild or bland crackers, or bread croutons.
