My son thought this sandwich idea up. You can make it your own by using either sausage patties, bacon and adding a cooked egg. The possibilities are endless. I even made these in my pie iron. I let the waffles thaw some so I could make them fit in my square pie iron.

QUICK AND EASY HAM BREAKFAST SANDWICHES
FROZEN TOASTER WAFFLES
MUSTARD
HAM; Sliced Thin.
CHEDDAR CHEESE; Thinly Sliced Or Grated.
BUTTER; Or Margarine.

Spread one side of each waffle with butter or margarine.
Spread one side of unbuttered waffle with the mustard.
Top with the ham, cheese, and the remaining waffle butter side facing out.
Melt some butter in a skillet and place waffle in pan and cook over medium heat, pressing occasionally with the back of a spatula, until the cheese melts and the waffles are golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side.
