So we have this very popular cut of pork in Slovakia, we call it "pork nut" and I'm having trouble to find the proper EN word for this. What do you guys call it in US and is it even commonly sold?
It's a part of the leg and it's kinda round in shape, hence the name I guess.
It looks like this:
I can also buy a beef or veal "nut" which looks pretty much the same, just the size is different, but it's from the shoulder again.
