Just joined Today

I joined the site today to advance my skills in preparing delicious food. Cooking is my hobby and my passion. I would rate myself as just short of a Gourmet cook on some preparations and a full fledge rookie on others.

I am a Meat cutter by trade and have been in the Beef business all of my life. I hope that my knowledge of the meat industry can be helpful to other members, so feel free to ask me questions if you like.

Welcome, TxYankee! I'm sure you'll find lots of useful information here. The people are very friendly and helpful. I'm sure I'll be asking you a few beef questions. I don't eat much of it, but I cook it alot for my employers.
