I seem to have been able to get through life so far without knowing much about cooking for myself, which has been fine, but now I'm ready to dedicate some time and money to increasing my skills in this area. Not looking to become a but just create yummy, affordable, healthy (and sometimes unhealthy) meals for myself and others.
In particular, I'm interested in learning the art of being able to adapt recipes or create them to suit the ingredients I have on hand. I'm guessing practice will be the number one aspect here but if you have any specific tips on this please hit me with them!
