Just a quick comment.

It was a pleasure to watch SO be excited on Halloween night giving out treats to the little kids. She was so pumped with excitement she couldn't sit down. Speaking as a grumpy old man, she's the perfect counterbalance to my ("you darn kids get off my lawn") lifestyle.

My Trick-or-treat was to turn off all the outside lights, and any inside lights on the front of my house. My door mat completed the visual messaging.

Oh BTW, the next two weeks are when to stock up on candy if you have a sweet tooth. The stores will be practically giving them away.

casey that's too funny. One of my borders gave me a door mat just like that. One of my favourites for the longest time until you couldn't read it any more. The borders used to crack open the back door and call out "Is it safe to come in?"

LOL, once again you and I have something in common. I saw that doormat somewhere, and had to have one. My friends love it, but it doesn't detrer door-to-door salespersons. That was Psychopoodles' job before he died.
