Having just picked a bunch of Onions, garlic, potatoes, string beans, cucumbers and leeks from the garden the past few days, I had to find ways to use them up. So today was a very diverse cooking day.

Tabouleh (cant believe I spelled its correctly first time around)
Vichyssoise (2 for 2 )
Vegetable Tangine
An Indian curry sauce ( for future Cauliflower dish later this week)
Dill pickles
Cucumber salad.

And what's more impressive than the variety, is that I managed to clean up my mess before my wife got home!!

(Yesterday had Tacos, and tomorrow or Wednesday will be Spanikopita, so Im traveling the world this week).

My, you did around the world in less than 80 days!

Cooking such a variety of foods is really impressive. Using the fresh produce from your garden likely made it even more delicious.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm , looks delicious. Sounds delicious. This is a great time of year for north america for gardeners.
