I opened up a can of Amy's Organic Black Bean Soup. It has been in my pantry for years and I haven't tried it before. I squeezed some lemon juice into the soup and squirted some Tabasco Sriracha on the soup in my bowl. I had Fontina cheese on wholewheat toast. That was quite yummy.

Chicken Teriyaki noodles with green beans & carrots, and chocolate chip cookies.

I opened up a can of Amy's Organic Black Bean Soup.

I made my own black bean soup. Canned black beans, diced onion, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Served it over rice. Easy and cheap.
