I bought stirfry beef strips at walmart and froze them by the freeze date. I took them out around 8:00 and but them in cold water. ther were still frozen so I put them in a bag and bag into the water. The center was still frozen at 9:30 so I put them into the fridge. I then read that you should never refreeze meat and cook it immediately after thawing in water, but the meat didn't thaw all the way and was still cold. Would it be ok to eat tomorrow if I leave it in the fridge tonight? I couldn't find any guideline on it, only refreezing.
