Oh my goodness! I can relate to neck surgery! About 16 years ago, I had multiple vertebrae fused. It was a very long recovery. Do yourself a favor and follow the doctor and PT's advice. Take it slow. It is especially hard when you are feeling just good enough.....but....too easy to over do it.
