Hey everyone, was thinking about this forum the other day, did a google search and wow, it's still going strong lol. I don't even remember the last time I logged on here. In any event, I no longer have the email I originally signed up with.

Yeah, so if you haven't figured it out yet, this is Ironchef. Been out of the hotels for over 7 years now, living the boring, M-F grind with normal hours. I have two boys now, so priorities and lifestyle had to change a bit. Not sure how active I'll be, but I'll try to contribute what I can. I don't think I forgot all my techniques yet lol. Anyway, good to see this site still around.

IC, I think that if you contact a moderator, they could combine your old log in with this new one. You probably have to convince them in some way that you really are Ironchef. :)
 
Welcome home! I'm remember you from this and another site. I've been here about 18 years, do I've seen people come and go....and come....and go....

Welcome home, IC! I hope you find time to visit what with still raising kids. They sure have a way of sucking up all of your time - in a good way!


And Silversage? Some of us are hoping you give us a report about your trip to Paris...
