2019 Edition - What are you baking?

bbqcoder Many years ago, I would bake over 4,000 most Christmas seasons, and that would be all of my gifts! I had to make a rack to cool them, while friends and I would turn out mass quantities of cookies - I had looked into some commercial cooling rack, but the prices were prohibitive, so I made one that held 12 of those cooling trays you see there. I hadn't used that for many years, but here's a photo of it showing the top half - it's a knockdown rack, with 4 pieces of wood holding the right and left sides together on the front and back. Obviously, the R and L are reversed. The trays are some simple frames, with hardware cloth stapled in.

I'm considering just keeping 3 of those trays,and getting rid of the rack and the rest of the trays. Not sure who could use them, but someone out there that bakes like I used to, would certainly like them!
