BLUEBERRY TOPPING FOR DESSERTS
12 Oz Blueberries (frozen is OK)
⅓ C Sugar
⅓ C Water
2 Tb Lemon Juice
2 tsp Corn Starch
Combine the berries, water and sugar in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir the cornstarch into the lemon juice and stir it into the berries. Bring it to a boil. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Cool.
