Nachos with the last of the birria from the freezer, Oaxaca and cheddar, garnishes of scallions, fresh tomatoes, avocado chunks dressed with S&P and lime juice, and Craig also had jalapenos, topped with some sour cream. Craig mentioned how good they were. Told him I thought it was the birria since that was the only thing different.

Marie Calendar's scalloped potatoes and ham with a very, very small Sutter Homes bottle of margarita mix. Now I remember why I don't drink. The bottle is probably 6oz and 9.7% alcohol by volume. Even drinking on a full stomach, I got lightheaded and then had a headache. And I still have 3 bottles left. Maybe I'll bury them somewhere.
 
I had an eclectic, no cook supper. I heated a ready made samosa. While that was heating, I had some shrimp with cocktail sauce and some cauliflower in florets. I wasn't up for putting together a proper crudités plate. I also finished off the other half a can of lentil veggie soup.
