What did you have for supper Saturday, 2023 July 8?

We had a Thai green curry with chicken and veg (broccoli, red bell pepper, green beans, shallot, and spinach). I love that I can use some Thai green curry paste and make this really easy, really tasty supper. I served it over brown basmati rice.

Oops, fixed now.

Lamb Chops with mushroom and onion, went beautifully with some pre-cooked aspargus browned up in the pan after. Was wonderful, hadn't had lamb in a while and we enjoyed every bite.

We had eye round roast, Yorkshire pudding, steamed baby spinach, mashed yellow potatoes (sour cream, butter, and chives), and burgundy pan gravy.

Didn't take any new pictures. Found some old photos of the same meal.

I had almost raw broccoli, fresh red peppers, cooked mushrooms, all heated up with chili in a bowl. Dessert: frozen pineapple bars

We went to a family party yesterday got home around 7:30 pm. We picked up Chinese food on the way home - orange chicken and pork fried rice for me, boneless ribs and pork fried rice for DH. Homemade chocolate-cherry ice cream for dessert.
