I just baked my favourite quick coffee cake. I'm having some now and will have some for breakfast.

Recipe? Is it in the Cakes section? I love coffee cake.
Thanks!I'll post it in a little while. I have to finish some stuff for a client who is coming here to pick it up. Some how, it isn't on my Google calendar, so I'm not sure when he will be here. Some days I have the dumb.

There were duck eggs available in the cooler at the farm stand today. These were larger than chicken eggs. Would they be good for baking, and if so, how would I convert number/volume? She also had goose eggs. Any thoughts on using them? I didn't buy any yet -- just chicken, I guess.
Thanks, taxlady. Since I'm mathematically challenged, scrambled may be my choice if I do buy any. On one of the cooking shows recently, I think it was Chopped, the contestants had to deal with emu eggs -- a beautiful dark green color and huge!
PS Dear Site Administrators -- on reflection, my question probably belonged in the eggs & dairy forum. Sorry I typed before thinking it through -- I am trying to do it right. What can you do with a headful of paper, hay and rags??
yesterday's baking; 100% whole wheat bread and an apple crisp...the apple crisp is unlike any crisp I have seen before..
