Went to the grocery, then to lunch at a diner. I had iced coffee and a full order of biscuits (2) and gravy. Ate half of it so breakfast tomorrow. Craig had a turkey club that came with cole slaw and fries and iced tea. Much more reasonable cost than our last lunch out, a little over $35, with tip.

Craig had what he didn't eat of his club for dinner and I had 6 Nathan's mini corn dogs and the cole slaw Craig didn't eat.
 
I tried out a new to me tandoori cooking sauce from Patak's. It makes the meal very quick and easy. I fried a chicken breast which had been cut into somewhat cube shaped pieces until some browning and the simmered in the sauce until the chicken was cooked through. I had that with brown basmati rice and a salad. The package said that the heat level was one pepper out of a possible three. To me, heat level was more like one out of a possible 10, but the flavours were good. I plan to use this cooking sauce again and try some others.

We had a mish mash of planned overs, or living on leftovers.
Tortilla pinwheels, potato steaks, greens, meal sized salads.
Brownies and mandarins, strawberry lemonade.
