Smokey Lew, I made the fattie piston out of pvc. It needs to be made out of pvc that is used for potable water.
The outside tube has a 2" inside diameter and is 8" long.
The inside piston rod is 1" pvc and is 11" long.
I attached a pvc cap on one end to fit the palm of my hand and cut a disc from some heavy plastic for the "plunger"
end.
You can make them any size you like. Hope this helps.
