I decided on breakfast for supper tonight. I fried some bacon and set on my plate. Then I fried some already cooked potatoes and a couple of sliced mushrooms. Then it was time for the eggs. All cooked in the same pan. I had a salad of green crisp lettuce, cauliflower, sliced red onion, and chopped cucumber. I served it with some of my homemade blue cheese dressing. Quite pleased with that supper.
