Kids love them, and love to make them too:

Slice fillets into 3inch by 1inch slices.
Dip in beaten egg.
Dip in seasoned bread crumbs.

Oven 425F HOT. Grease with butter generously a baking pan very well. Place fillets on pan.
Bake 10 minutes.

Serve with carrot sticks and roasted potatoes (roast the potatoes before baking fish)

Hi Deb!

Want some fun with this?

Pretty near the same recipe, but in lieu of bread crumbs, try crushing a medium bag of "salt and vinegar" potato chips into a fine powder, "flour" with these and fry...guarantee that this will be an "instant hit" with your kids, if not yourself, as well...

Lifter, I think you posted the s and v chip idea somewhere else on this forum. I tried it, and it was darned good. I'm going to do it for the grandkids when we go up for 2 weeks at Christmas. Thanks
