I have used my electric smoker approx 10 times now and it appears that every time I use it, the wood chips are more and more not smoking. They are settling at the bottom of the tray and I am getting less and less smoke. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone know of what may be wrong? The temp stays where I set it. No problem there.
