Shrimp in Cream Sauce:

Ingredients:

1-lb. Large Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined

1/4 Tsp. Salt

1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

2 T. Olive Oil

4 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Cup Heavy Cream

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp. Dried Thyme

1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes-(Opt.)

2 T. Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions:

Season shrimp salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side; set aside.

In the same skillet, cook garlic for 1 minute.

Pour in Heavy Cream and bring to a simmer.

Add grated Parmesan Cheese and lemon juice ; stir until smooth.

Add thyme and red pepper flakes; mix well.

Return shrimp to skillet; toss to coat.

Garnish with parsley.
