Tovala meals. No pics because I pre-shared 1/3 of mine with Craig and then forgot. He had citrus and sesame crusted chicken spinach salad with a sesame-honey dressing that made me wish I had gotten one of those for me, plus mandarin oranges and crunchy onion chips as garnish. I had gnocchi Alfredo and roasted broccoli with a pesto vinaigrette.
 
we were gone all day visiting friends and family. We came home and I had planned overs, veggie rice, natto beans, broccoli, heated in the microwave w/ac vinegar, nu-salt and pepper. It was satisfying.
 
I had a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup followed by the last of my chicken in curry over brown basmati rice. I had another bowl of that soup as a late night snack. I said it was very moreish. Thanks again for the recipe @caseydog.
