Hi! Quick question. My husband was helping me after my surgery and placed my newly canned beef broth that was cooling on the counter from the day before, in the refrigerator. I just discovered it, 5 days later. Is it safe to take it out of the fridge and put it on the shelf with my other home canned foods? It had fully cooled off and sealed but I'm not sure what impact the refrigerator put on it if I pull it to go on the shelf at room temp....I don't have fridge/freezer space for all those jars.... Thank you.

Since it was already cooled off and sealed, refrigerating it won't do anything to it. Like if we lost power and my canned goods in the basement got really cold, but not freezing, they'd be okay once the electricity was back on and they warmed up.
It's great that you canned food, I know it's work! I hope you are healing well after the surgery.
